Evans is a seasoned expert in natural resource management, extractive geopolitics, and sustainable development. As a certified educator in the African Mining Vision (AMV), he specializes in strategic program management, policy advocacy, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven track record in research-driven policy influence to promote sustainable practices in the extractive sector.
Evans leads strategic planning and stakeholder engagement. His background includes developing and managing programs, facilitating capacity-building activities, and teaching International Development Studies. He has also served as a policy advisor, program officer, and investigative journalist.
Evans holds an Executive Master in Development Policies and Practices from the Geneva Graduate School, a Master’s in Environmental Studies from York University, a Graduate Diploma in Refugee and Migration Studies from the Centre for Refugee Studies at York University, and a Bachelor’s in Theology from Trinity Baptist Church Theological Programme in Kenya. He plays a pivotal role in research, advocacy, and community engagement, driving impactful policy changes at local and international levels.
Joash is an Experienced Professional in Business, Administration and Law, he predominantly focuses on regulatory compliances related to corporate firms, immigration services, labour and employment laws, environmental laws, organisational safety and health issues at workplace, Tax administration and planning. He has been working with reputable firms such as Tanzania Steel Pipes Limited, African Under Ground Mining Services (AUMS), Chanan Fittings Consulting Limited, EPIC Roofing Co. Limited, Arbogast Mseke Advocates, Mwika Annex and many more.
Joash holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, LL.B from Tumaini University Makumira, Tanzania – December, 2018 and an ISO 9001:2015 certified auditor under the Kenyan Bureau of Standards (KEBS).
Angela Ngoda is a seasoned communication and PR specialist with expertise in media relations, advocacy, and strategic campaign management. With over five years of experience across media, consulting, and international firms, she has successfully led corporate rebranding, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making. Adept at team leadership, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration, Angela combines her Mass Communication background with ongoing postgraduate studies in International Cooperation and Development. Fluent in English and Kiswahili, she is passionate about leveraging communication to drive impactful results in corporate and development sectors
Doreen Samson Muhoja is a skilled development practitioner specializing in child protection, gender-based violence prevention, and youth empowerment. With over five years of experience in community-based programming, she brings deep expertise in project planning, coordination, and implementation, with a focus on advancing the rights of children and vulnerable populations. Her work is rooted in rights-based approaches and inclusive development, particularly within underserved rural settings.
Doreen leads program delivery and community mobilization efforts. Her background includes establishing child protection structures in schools, facilitating legal aid clinics, and engaging stakeholders across civil society and government institutions. She has successfully managed and implemented donor-funded projects supported by international agencies such as NORAD, and has worked in partnership with Plan International Tanzania. She is also proficient in digital data collection tools such as KOBO Toolbox for monitoring and evaluation.
Doreen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law Enforcement from the University of Dar es Salaam. She plays a vital role in capacity building, community outreach, and service delivery through her current position as a Program Officer at People’s Development Forum Tanzania, where she has served for four years in the Rukwa region. Fluent in English and Kiswahili, Doreen is recognized for her leadership, facilitation, and communication skills in driving grassroots impact and systemic change.
